Wedding Day Coordination
You've dedicated months to planning your perfect wedding—now it's time to hand over the details and simply enjoy every moment.
My Wedding Management & Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding
themselves but want the reassurance of an experienced professional to bring everything together in the final weeks and oversee the day itself.
Around six weeks before your wedding, we'll meet to go through every aspect of your plans. I'll take the time to understand your vision, review your arrangements, and ensure every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
From there, I'll become the main point of contact for your suppliers, confirming logistics, finalising timings and creating a comprehensive wedding day schedule so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
Throughout the final weeks, I'll be on hand to answer questions, offer guidance and take care of those last-minute details, giving you the confidence that everything is in place.
On your wedding day, I'll be there from the morning preparations through to the celebrations, coordinating
suppliers, overseeing the venue set-up and styling, managing the timeline and discreetly handling every detail behind the scenes. My role is to ensure everything runs seamlessly, allowing you, your family and your guests to relax, celebrate and create unforgettable memories together.
With every detail expertly managed, you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.

Additional Coordinator
For larger or more logistically complex weddings, an additional coordinator may be recommended to ensure every aspect of your day runs seamlessly. This allows for enhanced support across multiple locations, suppliers, or guest areas, ensuring you and your guests receive the highest level of care throughout your celebration.

Travel & Accommodation
Travel within a 25-mile radius of our Dorset base is included within your chosen service fee.
For venues beyond this distance, travel is charged at 45p per mile based on the return journey.
For weddings located more than 90 minutes from our base, or where the schedule involves an early morning start, a late evening finish, or next-day pack-down services, overnight accommodation may be required. Should this be necessary, it will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
