Hello, I’m Holly, the heart behind Holly Butt Events.
For me, wedding planning is about so much more than organising a beautiful day. It is about getting to know you as a couple, understanding what truly matters to you, and creating a celebration that feels completely and authentically yours.I believe every wedding should be personal, meaningful and thoughtfully considered.
No two couples are the same, which is why I offer a tailored and bespoke approach to every wedding I have the privilege of being part of. From the very first conversation to the final moments of your celebration, I am there to listen, guide, support and bring all of the details together. I understand that planning a wedding can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are countless decisions to make, suppliers to coordinate and details to consider.
My role is to make that journey feel exciting, enjoyable and beautifully organised — giving you the reassurance that everything is being taken care of while you focus on enjoying this incredibly special chapter of your lives.
Whether you need support from the very beginning, help bringing your ideas and vision together, or someone you can completely trust to coordinate your wedding day, my services are designed around you. I work closely with my couples and their chosen suppliers, ensuring every detail is carefully considered and that the entire experience feels seamless from start to finish.

When I'm not planning weddings, you'll usually find me spending time with my wonderful friends and family or out exploring with my two dogs, Olive and Isla, who never fail to brighten my day. They certainly keep life fun and remind me to enjoy the little moments – something I encourage all of my couples to do throughout their wedding journey too.
Family is at the heart of everything I do, and that extends into Holly Butt Events. My sister, Grace, has been my assistant for the past three years and has become an integral part of the business. Together, we share the same passion for creating unforgettable wedding days, ensuring every celebration is delivered with care, professionalism, and genuine dedication. Having someone I trust so completely by my side means we can offer every couple the highest level of support from the first meeting to the final dance.
